Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being pleasant overall, were quite cold for a ground floor booking. The showers, however, were exceptional. The service, though generally friendly, needs significant improvement in enhancing the overall guest experience. The location, fitting for a Bastion Hotel next to the highway, is not ideal for reaching convenience stores easily but is suitable for biking or using public transport. The dining options, though somewhat limited and not available after 9 am, were good but relatively poor for the price. While the metal fence adds security, it may feel a bit intrusive as it keeps out intruders.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and neat, but the heating could have been better. The service was friendly and helpful, adding to a positive experience. The location was convenient with easy access to tram and bus stops. The dining experience was satisfactory, although improvements could be made in the variety of offerings. The hotel facilities were basic but sufficient for a comfortable stay.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located on the edge of town, making it easy to explore nearby cities. The service was mostly good, with extra pillows provided upon request. The dining options were varied but seemed a bit expensive. The rooms, however, were a mixed bag with only two tiny single beds and a badly cracked washbasin, although functional overall.
